Winnie R. the product is good but the shipping need to improve
Overall, the product itself is good but the shipping is not as good as expected. The part of carton is wet outside, this is unacceptable. But customer service is very friendly. We phoned the customer service, one of their advisor picked up and I told them about what happened to the shipping. They told me they will exchange the good conditional package to us. And they did exchange it fast to us in the next available day.
